This is such a beautiful and unique property only a short tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux, but close to the train station and local shops (Spar and Boulangeries, etc). The staff member on during the day at the front desk was amazing! Helpful, so welcoming, and made our stay. The staff overall was so kind and we enjoyed our time in Bordeaux so much as a result.

It is a wonderful property, great amazing location, breakfast was also very good. Attentive staff.

The building and interior design is beautiful. Within walking distance to Citi Du Vin but a longer walk to main parts of Bordeaux. Staff are very polite and helpful but also quite often forgot our orders

Great location. Room was spacious and staff was pleasant. Wine bar a bit on the expensive side relative to other establishments in the area, but the pleasantness of the bar tender was an offset. Note- if you prefer or need a soda/cola sans sucre (sugar free) they did not have that at the hotel so make sure to purchase elsewhere.

Gem of a hotel right in the heart of Bordeaux. We'll appointed and comfortable room. Close to restaurants, bars and transport links.
